Currently Accepting New Clients! There are so many challenges you may be going through in life. From traumatic experiences to everyday stressors. Regardless of what brings you here, I'm happy you found your way to safety. As a psychotherapist, I help Black, brown and Indigenous people find emotional safety, learn coping skills and generally work to have a better relationship with their anxiety, depression, stress, and/or better process their trauma. I also offer couples therapy for a wide variety of problems. I offer a space that invites vulnerability and authenticity. All things that you may have been struggling to find. I focus on promoting mental wellness with each unique challenge individuals may encounter. My passion is to empower individuals to experience self-acceptance and growth in their deepest form. I am so passionate about providing a level of care that Black and racialized communities have been denied for so long. You are deserving of care and wellness! Using my empathy and innovation, I strive to create a safe enough space for you to discover different pieces to you and your wellbeing in freeing and open ways. I welcome you as you are as you learn to welcome yourself. In the midst of it, providing you with the necessary tools to navigate life with a little more ease.
