Are You Experiencing Anxiety, or Emotional Exhaustion Despite “Holding It All Together?
You’re capable, responsible, and used to being the strong one for everyone else—but lately, you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and disconnected from yourself.
Maybe you’re constantly overthinking, struggling to switch off, questioning your worth, or feeling pressure to meet everyone’s expectations while quietly carrying stress on your own. Even though you appear successful on the outside, internally you may be dealing with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, perfectionism, or the emotional weight of always having to keep going.
For many women—especially Black and racialized women—these experiences can be intensified by workplace stress, racialized experiences, family expectations, cultural pressures, and the feeling that you always have to prove yourself.
You do not have to navigate this alone.
I provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy for women navigating burnout, anxiety, workplace stress, trauma, difficult relationships, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel emotionally supported while also building practical tools for healing, boundaries, confidence, and stress management.
I have particular experience supporting high-achieving Black and racialized women who are balancing professional demands, family responsibilities, and the emotional toll of constantly carrying so much for others.
Together, we can work to help you:
1. Manage anxiety and chronic stress
2. Reduce burnout and emotional overwhelm
3. Strengthen boundaries and reduce people-pleasing
4. Rebuild confidence and self-trust
5. Process trauma and difficult experiences
6. Navigate workplace stress and imposter syndrome
feel more grounded, balanced, and connected to yourself
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re used to handling everything on your own.
My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to show up fully without judgment or pressure to minimize your experiences.
