I was born and grew up in the Caribbean, and immigrated to Canada during my adolescent years. Today, the clients I assist share that they benefit as much from my relevant life experiences as from my combined 30+ years of formal professional training.

Clients seeking assistance for eating disorders, disordered eating and emotional eating are often relieved to find an integrated treatment approach that can competently address their mental health, clinical nutrition (such as diabetes) and eating management needs.

It is important to note that my training and experience extend well beyond the treatment of eating-related issues.

I use Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Personal Therapy approaches and 'homework' to help individuals like yourself, move beyond the effects of repeated destructive relationship patterns, societal roadblocks, mental, and emotional challenges such as childhood trauma that have derailed your desired progress in life.

Your evolving progress and my experienced guidance will pace our sessions towards the empowered life you seek.

Your searching here for help, is a wonderful first step on your journey, congratulations. I hope we will have the opportunity to work together to make your life's goals, a reality. It is possible!!

And oh by-the-way, I practice within a Equity, Diversity and Inclusion framework with respect to client's gender, race, religion and sexual orientation.
