Accepting New Clients - What seems to be holding you back? Is it anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relationship issues, trauma or something else? Some problems make you feel stuck and are sometimes hard to understand. These feelings make it difficult to enjoy life and find your purpose. By learning to understand how these issues are affecting you, you can begin to discover a brighter path. I work with clients who are open to working on themselves, even when it seems impossible. Together we will assess what is most distressing to you, and develop a plan for how to move forward.

I offer an evidence-based approach, blending CBT, DBT, and a strength-based, trauma-informed framework to help you achieve lasting change. By leveraging your strengths, we will work on challenging limiting thoughts and managing difficult emotions. My approach is designed to enhance emotional well-being for you to reach your goals.
Having experienced both sides of therapy, I understand the challenges of finding the right therapist and the obstacles that come with personal growth. No matter where you are on your journey, I can support you by offering valuable resources and effective coping strategies to help you achieve your goals. Together, we can work toward meaningful change.
