Welcome — I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I’m Nadine, a Registered Psychotherapist and Marriage & Family Therapist with a deep commitment to creating safe, affirming, and culturally grounded spaces for individuals, couples, and families to heal, grow, and reconnect with what matters most.

As a proud Black woman, wife, mother, and community advocate, I understand the importance of having a therapist who gets it — someone who honors where you come from while helping you envision where you’re going. My approach is practical, compassionate, and collaborative, integrating evidence-based practices with the rich wisdom of our lived experiences.

What I Offer

At [Your Brand/Practice Name], we believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I offer therapy for:

Individuals navigating life transitions, stress, burnout, identity, and relationship struggles

Couples seeking to strengthen connection, improve communication, and rebuild trust

Families working through conflict, caregiving stress, generational patterns, and cultural complexities

Faith-centered clients looking to integrate spirituality and mental health

I also specialize in supporting Black, racialized, and marginalized communities with care that’s attuned to the nuances of culture, history, and resilience.

Clinical Supervision

In addition to therapy, I offer clinical supervision for therapists and interns seeking a supportive, reflective, and culturally responsive space to grow their practice. My supervision style is collaborative, nurturing, and gently challenging, centering your unique voice while refining your clinical skills.

Whether you’re an early-career therapist, a seasoned clinician, or someone just starting to explore therapy, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be.

Let’s Work Together

If you’re ready to start your journey or simply curious about what working with me might be like, reach out. Healing is possible — and you don’t have to do it alone.

Therapist’s TableTalk: Beyond the Chair Supervision Series

Group Description Welcome to Beyond the Chair: Therapist’s TableTalk & Supervision Collective — a 6-week clinical supervision and support space designed for therapists, interns, and mental health practitioners who long for meaningful connection, cultural awareness, and real conversations about the work we do and the lives we lead. This isn’t your typical supervision group. Here, we center culturally responsive, heart-centered, and relationally rich conversations about what it means to hold space for others while navigating our own identities, communities, and callings. It’s a place where Black, racialized, and culturally diverse clinicians can reflect, refine, and recharge alongside peers who get it — while remaining open and welcoming to all therapists committed to culturally attuned, justice-informed practice. In this space, we will: Explore clinical cases with cultural humility and curiosity Reflect on personal and professional experiences that shape our work Unpack themes of race, identity, faith, family, and resilience in clinical spaces Share resources, wisdom, and strategies for burnout prevention and growth Hold space for the real — the beautiful, the heavy, and the in-between Whether you’re a seasoned therapist or just starting your clinical journey, this group offers a supportive, reflective, and affirming circle where your voice matters and your experiences are honor Come as you are. Let’s gather beyond the chair, pull up a seat at the table, and grow — together.
