I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with dual master’s training in Counselling Psychology and World Heritage Studies. My work is grounded in a deep respect for culture, identity, and lived experience, with a particular commitment to supporting Black individuals, immigrants, and those navigating intergenerational trauma, transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive space where clients can explore their stories, reconnect with their strengths, and develop practical tools for emotional regulation, self-worth, and relational healing. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, narrative, attachment-based, and strengths-focused therapies, while honouring each client as the expert of their own life.
I believe healing is not about “fixing” people, but about creating safety, understanding, and meaningful change—at a pace that feels right for you.
