I am a Registered Counselling Therapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with specialised training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Clinical Trauma, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
