People find me when they are feeling lost, at a crossroads, or want something different in their life. You may be looking for clarity about your life direction and who you truly are or if you are conflicted about big life questions. You may want professional, non-judgemental help as you become clear on your own, unique path and enjoy being empowered with your authentic self.

It’s not always easy being open with a new person; from the very beginning, we’ll make sure you feel supported and safe to be yourself in the counselling space. My goal is to hold space for you to feel understood in the way you want to be understood.

The direction of therapy specifically gears toward what will help you feel positive and confident in navigating your life and your role in it. Often, our therapy conversations will be about processing trauma or difficult past experiences, reconciling with past identity challenges and becoming clear on who you are and how you want to live. We will often address more than one goal at a time. I can help you with alleviating anxiety, improving mood or processing traumatic experiences, build upon your coping skills and self concept. My dynamic methods of practice include Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Solution Focused, Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems which ensure that I can offer a wealth of support to meet a diverse set of goals.

As a graduate of a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology, mother, wife, daughter and friend I can empathize with what it takes to make significant life changing decisions while searching for a balance in it all. Together we can navigate life’s successes and obstacles while adding to the coping skills that have supported you thus far.
Let’s take the next step together.
