I am a compassionate and creative social worker who aims to serve my clients through a judgement-free approach to counselling. I work with clients to understand their concerns and then support them in developing a plan that promotes their healing and growth. I recognize the need for counselling sessions to be customized to fit the unique needs, interests, and backgrounds of each client and I strive to create a space that will facilitate change for each client in ways that are suitable for them.

I am passionate about supporting adolescents and adults to address challenges such as anxiety, coping skills, depression, domestic abuse, life transitions, peer relationships, relationship issues, self-esteem, sexual abuse and stress. My goal is always to help clients consider their experiences as building blocks rather than roadblocks.

As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, safe, welcoming and brave space where all voices can be heard & responded to with care.
