Good day and welcome! As humans, are profoundly impacted by both positive and negative experiences throughout our lives. We develop defences and routines that, while they may have provided security in the past, are now causing us hardship and pain in our private life. These beliefs have an effect on how I work with clients because I always work on the assumption that you are a decent person at your core and that we can work together to understand and manage the things that are causing you more suffering in your life.
I focus on guiding adults and young professionals through issues like interpersonal conflict, grieving, anxiety, despair, and the effects of trauma. To assist clients better understand and regulate how previous events are affecting the present, I integrate
CBT techniques with attachment theory, relational psychodynamic theory, somatic theory, and CBT skills.
The relationship between the client and therapist is one of the key indicators of successful therapy. My number one goal will always be to establish a dependable, consistent relationship with you in which you feel understood. Regardless of the subject matter of our sessions, you can count on me to arrive with warmth, support, curiosity, ability, and direct honesty.
