I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and an expert-level registered yoga teacher specializing in somatic and trauma-informed teaching.

I believe affirming mental health and wellness for women who identify as Black and women of colour can be achieved by creating culturally secure and safe spaces that centre our collective voice and is aware and compassionate of our individual lived experiences. I support my clients with integrated therapeutic care, embodied yoga, and the tools they need to feel safe, empowered, and capable of managing life's events.

I invite you to book a free Introductory Call to see if we can work together on your needs.
