I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor, Grief & Loss Educator, and Group/Workshop Facilitator.
I am passionate about working with individuals, couples and families that are immigrants and /or identify as culturally different and want to honour and incorporate aspects of their cultural beliefs, faith and values in their counselling experience. I am sensitive to the experience of individuals that have never been to counselling or for various reasons are wary or have not found counselling comfortable.
My specialty is in the area of childhood trauma and abuse, survivors of domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, relationship challenges, couples, culturally different couples and immigrant challenges, grief and loss including divorce and separation, death of a loved one or difficult/complicated relationship, life transitions, infertility and infant/child loss.
I take an eclectic approach to counseling using holistic, evidence-based strategies that will help clients achieve their goals.
