Hey Family, are you a member of the Black community and are struggling with the death of your loved one? Going through a life transition that is leaving you drained, tired or frustrated? I am sorry for your loss. You do not have to suffer. I support you as you navigate your personal challenges surrounding your death and non-death losses so you can transform your grief journey into a tool for resilience. You can achieve health and wellness by building resiliency to your loss.

My focus is grief and bereavement. I have lived experience as well as 3 years of experience supporting the community before entering private practice. Grief comes in waves and brings many emotions that can be hard to manage. Let's explore your losses and emotions, create self-care routines, coping methods, ways to commemorate your loved one and much more.

I provide a non-judgmental environment. There is no filter. This is a safe space to have REAL conversations about what is bothering you. Share your grief story so you can Release and Be Well.
