If you are struggling with worry, loss, feeling “stuck”, and would like the assistance of a qualified and experienced therapist to journey with you, then, you’ve found your person! As a Registered Social Worker, I have been collaborating with individuals and families in developing coping strategies for facing, loss, trauma, and life transitions for over 30 years.

After completing my Bachelor of Social work degree at McMaster University, I worked in the fields of Child Protection, Family Violence, and Clinical Counselling. I have honed my skills by harvesting my experience in various work settings, and have engaged in continuous skill building through professional development; including, training in Play Therapy, Family Therapy, Trauma, and Attachment theories; as well as, the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindful approaches to therapy. I am a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), as well as Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).
