Connecting with a therapist who truly fits can feel overwhelming. If you’re navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship stress, body image concerns, or a persistent sense of “not enough,” you don’t have to sort through it alone.

I am a licensed psychotherapist and the founder of Bloom Psychology & Wellness — a Toronto-based therapy collective rooted in relational, anti-racist, and trauma-informed care. At Bloom, we provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples who want space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of their inner world and relationships.

As a collective of Black, Indigenous, South Asian, and multi-racial therapists, we care deeply about thoughtful matching. We take time to connect you with a therapist whose approach, personality, and lived perspective align with your needs. Fit matters. Therapy works best when you feel both safe and meaningfully understood.

Our work is collaborative and insight-oriented. Many of us carry invisible expectations about who we should be or how life should look. In therapy, we gently unpack those “shoulds,” build emotional awareness, and create space for a more sustainable relationship with yourself and others. We’ll support you in understanding patterns, regulating strong emotions, strengthening relationships, and moving toward meaningful change — at a pace that feels steady and intentional.

Our team works with concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and post-traumatic stress, relationship conflict, postpartum mood changes, work stress, disordered eating, and substance use. We are committed to serving BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities in ways that are affirming, culturally responsive, and clinically grounded.

Therapy at Bloom is guided by your goals. Our commitment is to creating a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported — and where growth is both compassionate and accountable. If you’re ready to begin, reach out and we’ll help you find the right therapist on our team.

Therapy Group(s)

Bloom Community Therapy Groups (Various topics)

Bloom offers small, facilitated therapy groups designed to support healing in community. We have offered both virtual and in-person groups for BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, including themes such as burnout recovery, embodied body image work, trauma-informed movement and yoga, creative arts therapy, and navigating emotionally immature family dynamics. Our groups are grounded, relational, and skill-building — blending psychoeducation, reflection, and shared dialogue in a culturally responsive environment. Visit our website to explore current offerings. If a group that fits your needs isn’t running at the moment, you’re welcome to reach out to join our interest list. Many of our groups begin once a thoughtful cohort has formed.
