I provide compassionate support for all of my clients. As a former athlete I understand the pressures of every day life. No matter how big or small the concern, I understand that clients want to feel heard and understood. The clients that I support experience feelings of overwhelm and helplessness in trying to cope with mental illness. I provide individual therapy as well as support couples who seek to restore their connection. My responsibility and my role as a counsellor is to provide care and to deeply understand my clients. With the implementation of therapeutic techniques, self-reflection, and enhanced coping skills, clients are able to develop self-awareness and compassion for themselves.
