I provide counselling services to adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, stress, trauma, loneliness, and isolation. As a therapist, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment where you can feel safe and comfortable to explore your experiences, thoughts, and emotions.
