ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* Adolescence is difficult without a pandemic and long wait lists, which have left our youth in need of timely and appropriate services. I specialize in all aspects of the teenage experience: the good, the bad and the UGLY! I focus on supporting youth and their parents to communicate and assess the family dynamic, with the goal of strengthening everyone within the family unit for optimal functioning. I believe in flexibility, creativity and have the understanding that the youth and their families are the experts. I also support adults with the same understanding of the importance of flexibility and openness.

My extensive experience working within the mental health system has driven me to try and fill the systemic gaps that our youth are falling through. Families and their youth, especially racialized youth, are subjected to long wait lists and systemic barriers that are harming our young people. I offer a sliding fee scale dependent upon income and need.
