Hi! Do you often feel overwhelmed with feelings of anxiety? Or “do you find it difficult to develop friendships and maintain positive relations?” “Do you experience sadness and loneliness?” “If so, come talk with me!” I am excited to work collaboratively with you on your journey to identify solutions to anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-confidence, relationship issues, and emotional dysfunction concerns; to develop coping strategies to build resilience to loss, grief, trauma, burnout, and daily activities. I will help you find meaning and purpose to live authentically as you develop confidence and improve your self-esteem.
I truly believe that there is a positive and enduring spirit in all of us and if that spirit is dormant, it can be reignited; if silenced, it can get its voice back; and if damaged, it can be restored. Let’s do this together!
I am a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a Master of Social Work in 2011. I mainly use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) combined with solution-focused, mindfulness, client-centred, strength-based, and spiritual care approaches in my work. I also provide Christian counselling support.
