Through a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens I utilize different therapeutic modalities to ensure I am supporting each clients needs, including mindfulness based approaches, CBT and narrative therapy. My approach promotes an open, non-judgemental and safe environment for all clients while being inclusive to BIPOC and LGBTQ2+ clients.
