As a therapist, Esther works from a person centered, trauma-informed, and specialism includes Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), AEDP Level 1, Gottman Couples' Therapy (levels 1 and 2), Emotional Focus Family Therapy (EFFT), Somatic processing, and Motivational Interview (MI).
Esther holds a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from the Simon Fraser University, Canada, a member of the BC Association of Clinical Counselors (BCACC), and a Registered Clinical Counselor (RCC). Esther’s Masters research focused on social and emotional development in young adults. Esther aims in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and kind space in supporting clients within their healing journey.
