You feel overwhelmed and find it hard to stay motivated. It may be difficult finding the right strategies and tools on your own. I provide individual counselling and parent coaching to develop strategies that will help to achieve your goals. I support children, youth and adults using a variety of therapeutic approaches to best support your journey. These approaches include anti-oppressive, cognitive behaviour therapy, strengths based, client centered, and trauma informed. I also enjoy incorporating play and other creative aspects into sessions. I believe that healing requires stepping into discomfort and hope to support you to manage the different feelings that may arise. My goal is to provide a healthy space for every individual to be heard, understood and to build on their strengths. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem and other life circumstances, feel free to connect by booking a free 15 min consultation, so that we can work together to being a healthier you.
