Registered Social Worker
My name is Chantal Gray, and I am a Registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). I am passionate about working with individuals, youth, and families by focusing on their strengths and resilience. I work from a client centered approach and aim to provide a space for individuals to be heard and supported while working through discomfort or challenges. I have experience supporting individuals who are experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, self-regulation, parenting difficulties, trauma and behavioural issues. I have developed varying skills from working within various settings and continue to build on my professional development to provide clients with the best evidence-based interventions possible, as I believe that learning never stops. I use a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), solution focused, family systems, mindfulness practices and trauma informed approaches tailored to each individual’s needs.
