If you struggle with anxiety, feelings of worthlessness, low self esteem, body image issues, or burnout, I may be able to help. I provide warm, non-judgmental therapy to individuals, and couples through the clinic Bloom Psychology & Wellness. Connection is important, so we will work closely to explore your resilience, manage strong emotions, develop insight, and strengthen your relationships. Together we can challenge unhelpful beliefs and patterns that may be preventing you from living the life you want.
My goal is to support you in developing insight and self understanding to meet your goals. So many of us get bogged down in expectations of the life we “should” have. Together, we’ll get rid of those “shoulds” and make room for a relationship with yourself and others that feels good to you. My work is relational, grounded and practical. I specialize in helping individuals with mood and anxiety issues, trauma, identity exploration and eating disorders. I offer support so you can make meaningful life changes and achieve your goals. My approach is evidence based, anti-oppressive, trauma informed and integrates mindful self compassion.
