Cassandra primarily works with Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and incorporates a Trauma-Informed approach, and an Anti-Oppressive/ strength-based approach through a culturally sensitive lens. As a trauma-informed yoga clinician, Cassandra incorporates mindfulness into her practice. Cassandra will work with you, at your own pace, to increase your awareness and agency. Cassandra believes that the psychotherapy journey begins with being heard, seen, understood, and accepted. From here, self-growth, self-acceptance, and self-awareness are inevitable.
