*Please note: Unfortunately, I am unable to accept new clients at this time and my waitlist is full. Group therapy still possible. Hello! I am so pleased you have decided to take steps in paving your path to healing. You do not have to do this alone. I know it may take time to build trust, but I will strive to approach this partnership with warmth, patience, and honesty, while remaining mindfully present. At Agapé Lens Consulting and Therapy, I provide individual counselling and psychotherapy, prioritizing Black youth 12-24 years old. In my years of practice, I have observed and believe true healing allows individuals to become their most authentic self, allowing them to thrive and live out their purpose. Guess what? You’re next! I have been addressing the needs of mental health, racialized communities, and youth for over 12 years. We can focus on a variety of concerns such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, anger, and racism. My practice is grounded in trauma informed principles, an Afrocentric lens, attachment, holistic, and strength-based practices. Using an integrative approach, I can incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to support your healing journey. We can explore your needs purely through dialogue and or in very creative and interactive ways. I hope to hear from you soon!
