    I am a bilingual, clinical social worker gradated from McGill University and apprenticed within the Quebec CLSC system. I hold an MA in French from the University of Western Ontario. My approach is primarily CBT-based with incorporations of mindfulness, SFBT and EFT tailored to the specific needs of the client. As a registered social worker, my wider focus is always on treating the client(s) in context to ensure their optimal health and functioning within their particular social realm. I specialize in treating anger and stress management, anxiety and its related disorders, depression, gender-identity issues including assessment of gender dysphoria, relationship issues, self-esteem issues and trauma-related issues. My main clientele are adult, older teenagers, seniors and couples. Occasionally, I will invite other family members or loved ones to a session when the client and I both agree that it would be beneficial to the therapeutic process. My attention is always on the client and how I could make life better for them.
