    Nurse-Psychotherapist

I use a highly effective technique that makes forgiveness front and centre of the therapeutic process. This technique holistically incorporates knowledge from Applied Kinesiology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and forgiveness. My clients also undergo a therapeutic process called Safe n Sound before forgiveness therapy is initiated. I offer a caring and supportive atmosphere that allows you to walk out of the first session completely released from that "thing" that has weighed you down and kept you stuck in unhealthy life and emotional patterns for years. You will know the true sources of the problem and I will help you forgive and overcome it. All ethnic groups are welcome. I wrote the book 490: Forgive and Live Fearlessly and in it, I describe the process I use to help my clients recover from emotional problems in as little as 3 sessions. My depressed and/or anxious clients recover in 3 sessions. Couples experience significant shifts and reconcile in 3-5 sessions. My process works because I use a technique called applied kinesiology to identify the exact moment (root cause) of the problem you are experiencing right now. Then I help you forgive it. Forgiveness heals the mind, body, and spirit. It is also the foundational step in transforming every relationship in your life (past and present).
