Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
The impacts of sexual abuse can be overwhelming and exhausting. You may be feeling like you are alone, like you are to blame, and be having a lot of critical thoughts about yourself. You may appear to be okay on the outside, but are falling apart on the inside. Perhaps you are struggling with how to cope with traumatic memories and reminders of the trauma. You may be wondering how you are going to get through this and are looking for ways to cope.
My goal as a therapist is to provide collaborative support to help you gain new perspectives, recognize your own resilience and strengths and develop new coping strategies. I hope to provide a safe, non-judgmental space that promotes self-exploration and healing.
